Over the 20 years that I have spent in the entertainment industry, one of the most important things that I have learned is:

Every moment that I get to work in this industry is a blessing and I am forever grateful to wake up and do this - every - single - day.
BAM Management's philosophy is that actors are art and artist in one.. More eloquently put, actors are both the creator and the creation.
They should be treated as such.
Artists need time to grow and art needs to be curated. Period.
